USE: It is highly appreciated for seasoning raw foods, for making vinaigrettes, marinating salads, meat, chicken or fish… It offers a soft fruity flavor, with little acidity and a little sweetness.
It has the necessary characteristics so that it can be used for frying, since its smoke point is 216º C.
