100% vegetable oil of Colombian origin, without cholesterol or trans fatty acids. Oleic C18 percentage: 1 MIN 50%.. a.. C18:1 = min 50%. More liquid oil, with less stearic percentage. Ideal to obtain a higher percentage of Olein in the fractionation of the oil. This Oil has an average acidity of 2.5%, which represents a lower percentage of waste in its refining.

Unsaturated vegetable oil, free of trans fats and suitable for human consumption. It is recommended for deep frying up to 190 degrees Celsius to take advantage of its greater performance. It can be applied to recipes for shortenings, bread making, baked goods.
